- Do you make custom products?
While we don't typically make custom products, we do occasionally produce small batches of customized items depending on the order. However, we require a 50% advance payment for all custom orders before we can begin production.
- How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
For local orders, we require three working days to process and deliver your order.
For international orders it takes around 10 working days, to ensure that your order is delivered to you promptly and in good condition.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the specific product and delivery location. We work closely with our logistics partners to ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly and securely as possible.
- Are your products made from genuine leather?
Yes, all our products are made from premium quality leather. We use a use a wide variety of leathers for our shoes, accessories, garments and lifestyle goods.
- Can customers visit your studio and see the products before purchase?
Yes, customers can visit, inspect and purchase our products at the studio. Kindly note you can only visit the studio after booking an appointment.

Canadian shipments take around 5-7 working days to reach destinations. Under normal circumstances orders are delivered within 5 working days but we request customers to allow 7 working days for the parcel to arrive before making enquiries. We ship to Canada using DHL or FedEx. Canadian shipping of order take 5-7 working days including order processing time at our studio. When shipping to North America packages can be subjected to customs charge and this is always the responsibility of the customer. For orders from Pakistan payments can be made through 'Direct Bank Transfers' or 'Easy Paisa'. The payments made through 'Direct Bank Transfer' or 'Easy Paisa' against any order has to be made within 24 hours of checkout for orders to be processed. All orders will be considered cancelled if the payment is not received within 24 hours.
National shipments for products handled by courier firms take around 3 working days to reach destinations. Under normal circumstances, national orders are delivered within 3 working days but we request customers to allow 5 working days for the parcel to arrive before making enquiries. For large goods including rugs, carpets and furniture etc, special delivery arrangements are made. The cost of special deliveries are subject to size, dimensions and availability.Standard shipping for deliveries within Pakistan is 3 business days including order processing time at our studio. We ship our orders within Pakistan using Leopard Courier and TCS. For large goods including rugs, carpets and furniture etc, special delivery arrangements are made for deliveries within Pakistan. - Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your purchase from Hammer & Smith, however, if you would like to return an item please email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you return instructions. Items purchased from Hammer & Smith can only be returned within 7 days of receipt of items provided they are in their original condition. Please note: All shipping / return fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery. Hammer & Smith is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail. Hammer & Smith will not reimburse the return shipping fee if the customer decides to return the product within 7 working days unless the items shipped were determined to be damaged at the time of delivery and are being returned for this reason only.
- Checking Order Status
We will process your online order within 24-36 hours given all items are in stock. We strive to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not guaranteed. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email or telephone. Orders with sold out items will either be voided and the purchase refunded, or the amount of that item will be credited back to the original card.Orders are shipped via Stallion Courier and Leopard Courier or national orders and DHL or FedEx for international orders. You can check on your order status in your account overview or tracking portal of the courier company. On request customers will also be provided tracking number of their order packages for tracking through courier company website and helplines.
- Payment Options
We accept credit card payments for both national and international deliveries. Alternatively customers can also make the payment through Bank Transfers. For national deliveries (Pakistan) we also have Cash-On-Delivery (COD) payment option available.

When you purchase from our online store, we request your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address, and credit card information.
